Brett Healy is Director of Global Procurement for Capsugel, a global innovator of dosage solutions for the healthcare industry.  She joined Capsugel in 2012 and focuses on indirect procurement for the company’s manufacturing and R&D facilities around the world.  Brett is based at Capsugel’s headquarters in Morristown, NJ and manages a global team of talented procurement colleagues.  Brett drives the company’s procurement strategy for all indirect spend worldwide, through a complete approach including portfolio optimization, category planning, strategic sourcing, contract management, functional procurement, and supplier relationship management.  Working with company leadership, she develops and prioritizes a portfolio of high-value strategic sourcing opportunities.  In addition to providing hands-on leadership for large multi-million dollar global projects, Brett leads procurement integrations for acquired businesses and manages procurement for facility expansions.   Prior to joining Capsugel, Brett held various procurement leadership roles, in both direct and indirect procurement, during a 12-year career with Ingersoll Rand.  She earned an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a BS in Business Administration/Supply Chain from Lehigh University.
