Leveraging his 18+ years of direct and indirect procurement management experience establishing procedural compliance guidelines within the Pharmaceutical sector, Mr. Engel is also a governance officer tasked with establishing Protocols and Policy’s while serving as a lead negotiator achieving cost savings goals with value added incentives across various categories.
