Richard Grueter is a Senior Manager in Strategic Sourcing at Astellas supporting the Marketing & Sales Organizations.  He has over eighteen years of pharmaceutical sourcing experience and previously worked with TAP Pharmaceutical Products Inc and Abbott Laboratories.  Richard has enjoyed the experiences associated in being a part of a very mature procurement organization (Abbott Laboratories) as well as being a charter member of two newly organized procurement organizations (TAP and Astellas).   Richard & his family reside in Burlington, WI.
