Madeleine has been a member of the GSK Procurement organisation since joining the “Future leaders” programme post-university in 2008.  Since then she has held a variety of roles in both the direct and indirect organisation, as well as the Procurement performance team in eSourcing and capability roles.    She moved to the US in 2013 for a role with global responsibility spend on Agency (contingent) workers and recruitment.  She has recently been appointed as a Director within the North America Procurement team and additionally supports the IT Procurement team with key strategic projects and priorities.
